Jobs Description

• Minimum 8 years of experience in handling online healthcare services and pharmacy in which 4 years must be in handling overall business & operations. GCC experience will be an added advantage.

• In-depth knowledge of online healthcare retail operations & technology, pharmacy, marketing & driving the team.

• Experience in managing supply chains, good understanding of the regulatory, quality and compliance requirements.

• Skilled in communication and leading a team with a good command in both written and spoken English. Arabic will be an added advantage.

• Understanding financial impact and knowledge of cost drivers within the supply environment. Knowledge and experience in dealing with complex/regulated supply chains and processes. Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Demonstrate high accountability, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional team to achieve common goals.

• Ability to drive confinuous improvement across the Supply Chain to enable business performance. Proven capability in building strong relationships with key stakeholder and multiple interfaces.

• Must have expertise in E-commerce application and technology. Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities with good interpersonal skills. Ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
