• Oversee and manage the execution of mechanical and electrical repair works on vessels.

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems aboard ships.

• Ensure all works are carried out as per technical specifications, engineering drawings, and ship repair schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Lead a team of skilled technicians, electricians, and laborers performing mechanical and electrical repairs.

• Assign daily tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure the work is completed on time and to the required quality standards.

• Ensure workers follow safety protocols and industry best practices during repair operations.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality controls.
