• Disassemble electric motors, inspect components, repair or replace damaged parts, rewind coils, and reassemble motors to original specifications.

• Test repaired motors to ensure they meet performance standards and make necessary adjustments.

• Proficiency in using various tools and equipment, including winding machines, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and insulation testers.

• Strong understanding of electrical circuits, motor principles, and winding techniques.
