Jobs Description

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in appliance repair is a plus.

• Proven experience as a washing machine technician or in a similar role.

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to washing machines.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for on-site service calls.

• Diagnose faults and technical issues with washing machines both on-site and in a workshop environment.

• Perform repairs on various brands and models of washing machines, including top-load, front-load, and stackable units.

• Replace or repair defective components such as pumps, motors, belts, hoses, and control panels.

• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide clear explanations of repairs and services performed.

• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
