• Team Coordination: Direct, coordinate, and lead a team of workers and subcontractors on-site, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.

• Quality Control: Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, drawings, safety standards, and local regulations. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks.

• Health and Safety: Enforce health and safety standards on-site. Conduct safety briefings, ensure proper use of protective equipment, and ensure the work environment is safe for all workers.
